The Colonnade doesn’t only bring to life the desire to own land, but it also fulfils the age-old longing to grow and harvest a produce. Robusta Coffee is carefully cultivated at The Colonnade along with Oranges, Pepper and Coorg Bird Eye Chilli. Bananas Trees, Coconut Trees, Mahogany and Silver Oak Trees, some as tall as 60 - 100 feet, stand tall on the land. The total land yield less the maintenance expenses will be shared with all coffee estate owners in the ratio of the land holdings.

The Colonnade is a free hold property, where boundaries are marked on all four sides for clear identification and is registered in the name of the buyer.The estates will be managed by us at Cozy Farms for the first seven years, after which the Society comprising co-estate owners might maintain it along with Cozy Farms.
A public tar road runs across the property and offers easy access to the farmland. An irrigation tank in the estate serves as a perennial natural source of water and there is electricity supply right at the entrance of the Project.
